They're also specially designed to inspire and encourage both creativity and collaboration. 

Of course, you need a clean and practical space for your meetings and functions. That's why we overlooked no details, fully equipping each room with everything you and your guests need to thrive. This includes everything from AV equipment and data projectors to Nespresso coffee machines and biscuits.

  • Our conference rooms vary in terms of size and seating. Our smaller room can fit up to 20 people, while our larger room, which can be split into two smaller rooms, can comfortably accommodate up to 50 people.

  • Our conference rooms have data projectors, whiteboards, AV equipment, flip charts and Nespresso coffee machines. We also offer high-speed internet access for your convenience.

  • We don't provide formal catering but offer filtered water, coffee, teas, biscuits and mints. You're also welcome to hire external catering or bring your own food and beverages.

  • Yes, our meeting and function rooms in St Kilda are available for rent seven days a week.

  • Yes, our conference rooms are suitable for both business and social events. This includes smaller conferences, seminars, training, meetings and social get-togethers, like baby showers and birthdays.

  • Pricing for conference rooms at Tolarno starts from $50. Please contact our staff to receive the most accurate possible quote.

  • We don't currently offer any specials or packages for booking our conference rooms.

  • Unfortunately, our conference rooms are not accessible for all people with disabilities, as we don't have a lift. Of course, we understand that not all accessibility needs are related to mobility. Please contact our staff to see if there are other ways we can accommodate you.

  • We offer full refunds on cancellations for our meeting rooms in St Kilda. To be eligible for a full refund, we ask that you cancel at least 48 hours before your booking. Please note that we may ask for 72 hours' notice if there are festivals or other special events in Melbourne.
